For
the execution of this work an used computer board was taken. To give
general form to the object it was sawed in mousetrap form and perforated
so that it could be possible to mortise piece of galvanized wire. Afterwards,
a digitized image of the Earth was glued under a plate of acrylic. The
result is a mousetrap with the Earth arrested in its interior, as if
the technology uncontrolled used by man was a trap for himself. 1999 Walter Miranda |
