This work belongs to a recurring series over the years called “Exaltation to Gaia”. Gaia is the Greek goddess who represents planet Earth and Mother Nature. Generally, the paintings in this series exalt the importance of the planet Earth, a universal cell that harbors immense biological diversity, but also exposes its fragility represented by the balance of the dancers who revere the Mother Gaia.
